Didn’t like it as much as i  hoped. Holy is an icon who’s enjoying the life in NYC when Paul literally ruins her entire life, and it’s framed as romantic. Also horrifically racist and sexist. I appreciated the mob, sub plot, but it was not used to its greatest ability, so it felt unnecessary, even though it was the most interesting part. Audrey‘s performance is incredible. Her singing was great Moon River is definitely going on a playlist of mine  there were definitely some cute scenes, but at the end of the day, Paul took more than he gave, and it seems like the film was afraid to utilize every element it had and just threw things at the wall. Had a great vibes also but the racism was inexcusable.

Aged somewhat badly but I can still recognize that this film is iconic… interesting storyline, kind of felt like 1960s Anora
